Nicolet College does rent out classrooms and the Nicolet College Theatre for community use. For more information about facilities rental, call (715) 365-4512.

Nicolet College activities will have priority. Requests for use of Nicolet College facilities by groups not affiliated with the College will only be filled when educational needs, as well as other college functions, have been met and space remains available. Such requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Nicolet College reserves the right to cancel any reservation for the use of its facilities, up to 30 cays prior to the date of the scheduled activity.
Priority will be given as follows:
- Nicolet College educational activities
- Nicolet College non-educational activities
- Business agencies or organizations located in the Nicolet District
- Business agencies or organizations located outside of the Nicolet District
Use of Nicolet College facilities for making or receiving political contributions is prohibited under WI Stats. S. 11.36(3).
Requests by groups not affiliated with the College will not be honored if:
Groups not affiliated with the college will be charged a fee for setup and cleaning. Rates: 8 AM-10 PM, Monday-Friday: $50 per building, each day.
Requests to use a room for more than one consecutive day must be made three weeks in advance. Requests to use facilities for more than five days must be approved by the VP of College Services.
Groups not affiliated with Nicolet College are responsible for damages to equipment, facilities, or missing items. A certificate of insurance must be on file with the Facilities Department or the Vice President of College Services prior to the event.
38.14 Contract classes will charge the service receipt of a fee prorated from the contract cost.
Note: Nicolet staff that co-sponsor an outside-group event should make all needed arrangements for the event, meet and greet all guests, and remain until the event is concluded, ensuring all applicable Nicolet policies and procedures are followed.

Educational and non-educational activities sponsored by, or offered in collaboration with, Nicolet College’s Center for Business and Industry will have priority and will not be subject to the guidelines below.
Routine meetings will not be scheduled in Nicolet classrooms at Northern Advantage unless conference rooms are unavailable or if the group size or needs for audio-visual equipment warrant classroom use.

Room use by outside groups will be confined to the normal business hours of Northern Advantage Job Center, which are 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Use of the Nicolet College computer labs at Northern Advantage Job Center will be subject to the general conditions set forth in the Nicolet Classroom Use policy # 206.1.
Additionally, the following provisions will apply to the use of the computer labs.
Northern Advantage Job Center partners and related state agencies may use the Nicolet computer labs for staff development activities at no charge. Requests for computer lab use shall follow the guidelines and procedures outlined in the Classroom Use policy.
Outside agencies or organizations that will be charging registration or other fees to the participants will not be allowed to use the computer labs.
Other requests by outside agencies and organizations will be considered, and if granted, will be provided as 38.14 Contracts for Services. The following guidelines and charges will apply.
Food and beverages are not allowed inside the computer lab.
