Extended hours will begin Wednesday, Jan. 6, with many offices and departments staying open until 6:00 p.m. This is to accommodate students taking second semester classes who cannot make it to campus during the day.
The extended hours will be in effect Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 6 and 7, Monday through Thursday, Jan. 11 to 14, and Monday to Wednesday, Jan. 18 to 20.
Offices and departments that will have extended hours to 6:00 p.m. include the Welcome Center, which includes Admissions, Registration, Advising, Financial Aid, and Counseling; the Bookstore, Business Office, Accuplacer Testing, and Disability Services.
All of these office open at 7:45 a.m., except for the Bookstore, which opens at 7:30 a.m.
Regular office hours will resume Thursday, Jan. 21. Regular Welcome Center hours are 7:45 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Bookstore hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Fridays from 7:30 am to noon. Regular hours for the Business Office, Accuplacer Testing, and Disability Services hours are 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays.
