- Complete application to Nicolet College and include an official college transcript of the college you earned your Practical Nursing degree.
- Complete Survey of Chemistry (3 credit class) OR provide official high school transcript verifying you have completed two semesters of HS chemistry with a C- or better or official college transcript verifying you have completed one semester of college chemistry with a grade of C- or better.
- Provide copy of Licensure as LPN.
- You will enter 3rd semester of the nursing program, however, all first and second semester general education courses must be completed with a grade of C- or better before entering 3 rd semester.
- In addition, you will be required to take the LPN-RN Bridge course, 10-543-12600.
NOTE: This course is offered only in the spring semester. Students interested in entering the 3 rd semester of the nursing program, must take this course the spring semester before the fall you plan to enter. If you do not successfully pass the LPN-RN Bridge course, you will not be eligible to enter 3 rd semester nursing.
- It is highly recommended that you complete all your general education courses and science courses, prior to entering 3 rd semester of nursing, as the nursing program is very rigorous.
- Admission into 3rd semester:
Previously enrolled students from within the District will be considered first.
LPNs from within the District will be considered second.
Students from outside the District will be considered third.
