Our Town

The Nicolet Players are pleased to present Our Town, Thornton Wilder's beautifully poetic portrait of humanity, seen through the lens of the village of Grover's Corners. While nostalgic in tone, Our Town blends joy and sadness in a most beautiful story, one of timeless appeal. First produced and published in 1938, this Pulitzer Prize winning drama of life in a small town has become an American classic. Auditions will be held March 3 & 4.

Finnish Reggae band from the U.P.
The Finnish Reggae band from the U.P. returns after an eight-year hiatus. Welcome to the realm of the conga boys - a place of nordic twilight and island sunsplash - where tropics meet the Tioga. While the lyrics are geared for fun, the quality of their sound is no laughing matter and their mastery of melodic syncopation is second to none. So "come-a come-a come-a come-a come-a take a sauna with me, we'll let the steam go and yump in the snow".
