Extended Hours


Extended hours are available at the beginning of the fall and winter/spring semesters. Additional hours are also available by appointment.

 

Duties


The Business Office is the center of the college's financial operations which include the following:

  • Payroll
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Budget and financial reporting.


Other services provided:

  • Processing tuition and fee payments
  • Disbursing financial aid awards and scholarships
  • Check cashing
  • Making change
  • Selling stamps
  • Sending and receiving fax transmittals
  • Issuing cafeteria food cards, etc.


We now accept Visa, Master Card and Discover cards as payment options. Also available is our 24/7 online payment option via MyNicolet.
